Austrian pros and top female riders from Italy in Kufstein
More and more cycling teams are coming to Tirol to recon the courses which will feature at the 2018 World Championships. Among those to visit the region recently are the Italian female national team and the Austrian national team. Both choose the town of Kufstein as a base for a short training camp in the Alps of Tirol. “Now we have all seen how tough the course really is, but in the Austrian national team we have great climbers. The course suits us and we will be confident of a good result going into the World Championships,” explains Stefan Denifl, Tirol’s Sportsman of the Year.
